Information required to be submitted

 

1.     Name.of the Company

2.     Registered Office : a) address, b) Internal/External photos of office with one Director present in the office c) Location of registered office on Map (Latitude/Longitude)

3.     Email – OTP verification to be done

4.     Directors’ details alongwith DIN details/status

5.     Details of a) Company Secretary – if applicable, CEO or Managing Director, Auditors, CFO (if applicable), Annual Filings for 2017-18

 

Eligibility to file Form 22A

 

The Company must have filed Annual Returns for 2017-18.

 

 

 

 

Exceptions

 

The companies which are struck off or under the process of striking off or liquidation, need not file form INC 22A

 

Companies where amalgamation process is on

 

Last date of filing – 25thApril, 2019

 

Consequences of not filing INC 22A

 

Penality– Rs 10,000 (Rupees Ten thousand only)

 

Company will not be able to file following forms:

 

-      SH-07

-      PAS-3

-      DIR-12

-      INC-22

-      INC-28

 

Company will be marked as ‘ACTIVE COMPLIANT’ once penality is paid and form submitted.
